Original features (original wooden windows with rounded top corners; original wooden interior shutters; doors; brass door handles) have been preserved in all the rooms. At present, the apartment is divided into two apartment units facing west, interconnected with a reconstructed roofed balcony paved with tiles. The apartment also comes with a cellar with an area of 3 m2.

The original part has been successfully used for short-term rentals. This part consists of a room with a dining area and Corinthian columns, a separate room with a closet, a kitchen, a closet, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a microwave oven. There is PVC on the floors; there are floor tiles in the bathroom and the toilet.

The reconstructed part is used by the owners as their living quarters. This part consists of a living room, a bedroom, a children’s room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The kitchen unit is equipped with an electric oven, a microwave oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an extractor hood and a dishwasher. The water distribution pipes are made of plastic; the electrical wiring has been reconstructed.  You will find floating flooring in the kitchen, the bedroom and the living room; there is parquet flooring in the children’s room and there are floor tiles in the bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a boiler for heating water for this part of the apartment and a condensing boiler for heating both parts of the apartment as well as for heating water for the original part.

The apartment is situated in a premium location, which offers all civic amenities – shops, schools, kindergartens, etc. The Quadrio Shopping Station where you can find everything you need to live in the city is within 10 minute walking distance. The streets of the Old Town also offer lots of opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. Here, you can find theatres, restaurants, cafés, galleries, museums and much more. The most famous sites include the Mánes Gallery, the National Theatre, the Lávka Club, the Slavia Café, and Café Louvre.
