The family house with a useable floor area of 280 m2 is situated amidst family houses in a quiet neighbourhood, on the K Tuchoměřicům street in the Prague’s municipal district of Přední Kopanina.

The house has a basement and two above-ground floors. You can also find a soccer field here, right next to the highly popular establishment called U Drahušky where there is a restaurant and where events for locals are held. You can also eat tasty meals in the Da Ezio pizzeria.

Mere 3 minutes away by car, there is the municipal district of Nebušice where you can find schools, kindergartens as well as the International School of Prague. It takes 5 minutes by car to get to the POP Airport outlet and entertainment centre where, besides shopping, you can have a lot of fun because it includes Majaland and Dinosarium. And if you still want more, you can drive for 10 minutes to get to the Šestka Shopping Mall, which offers not only shops and play facilities for children but also a great view of airplanes. A short distance from the house, there is a bus stop from which you can get to the metro line A station “Bořislavka” in 15 minutes.

Lovers of nature will also find something to enjoy – mere 3 minutes from here, there is one of the largest Prague’s parks, the nature reserve Divoká Šárka. Besides rocks, ravines and extensive forests, the park also includes an outdoor swimming pool, children’s playgrounds and a picnic site with a public fire pit. Simply a paradise in the capital city, just a short distance from your new home.
